ASUS Customer service in Bangladesh - New motherboard replacement for free

Laptop problem in Bangladesh is very common now a day. After just passing one year or just after warranty expiration a great number of laptop showing problem. I am a victim of this problem. I bought a laptop few months ago. Within a one year this product getting some problem and before a few weak of expiring my warranty I just lost my Motherboard. Really it is a big problem. Cost of new motherboard is too high. I was in hell with this problem. I could not sleep some days due to headache. At last I went to customer service. The customer service of ASUS in Bangladesh is great. They gave me a reporting paper and I submitted my problem.

They take only 24hr that means three working days for giving LAB report. Lab report means diagnosis report. After three day they ensure me that I have to change my Motherboard. I was scared about cost but they ensure me that within warranty period they will bear all the cost even about motherboard change but it may take few days to weeks. It should be informed that my laptop model is rear in Bangladesh. It is ASUS T101MT, A Multitouch EEEPC.
Very often I call them for update news but they informed me that there is no motherboard in this moment in their store. It need to import. So was waiting. At a time my warranty period is going to over but they suggest me don't be wary. At last one day they call me and said "your laptop is OK" you can take it now.
I rush to the customer care and submit my paper and they just return my Laptop with a NEW motherboard. I just give a thanks and Came to home. No cost was required but several weak waiting with a great hope.
At last I can say they keep their promise and give me a better service. I never forgot their hospitality with a great smiling face.
